Moms who are pregnant after having a miscarriage. How do you keep your self from worrying about this pregnancy?

I had a miscarriage 2017. Just found out Im pregnant. Im so excited and happy. But I cant help but worry. Im just 4 weeks and wont be going to my 1st appointment for a few more weeks.

I just pray that this baby makes it the whole 9 months. I dont want to worry. Any advice moms..?
