What could be the reasons?

For my baby not moving a lot while pregnant?
25 w, 5 d pregnant and baby moves a little throughout the day. I thought by now she would be moving a lot throughout the day but that’s not the case.
What are some medical reasons for babies not being active in the womb? :(

Are you overweight? Do you have an anterior placenta? 
Some babies just dont kick as hard and some moms just dont feel as much. I have struggled with this the last few weeks (29 weeks now), but I am overweight so I just dont feel some of the babys kicks.
Drink something super sugary and cold (OJ, Fanta, etc), amd lay down on your left side for a bit if you get nervous about it. Both usually wake my baby up and cause a few big kicks within 30-45 minutes.

Don’t do it to yourself. My first was just a lazy baby and was born completely healthy. He even started walking in his 8th month.

I'm 30w Wednesday, my baby hardly moves when I'm up and about.
But when I'm resting or after I eat or drink something he moves. 
Babbies will have their own sleep cycles. As long as they roll, kick, or have movment they should be fine unless you dont feel anything at all after eating and drinking something

You don't need to be too worried about counting kicks until 28 weeks. That's when my son really starting kicking everyday.

Baby is sleeping, are you up and about throughout the day? If you are that’s rocking him/her too sleep

As long as she is moving then everything is fine. Remember every one is different, every baby is different. Not every baby will move as much as another baby will. Just be happy that she is moving because she is fine.

I wouldn’t look for medicinal reasons but that will only make your anxiety worse. Mention it to your doctor. If your baby has not yet been super active maybe it’s just not time. If your baby was active a lot and now no longer active call your doctor.
