Best age gap between children? (You can answer what you think personally)

Hello 👋🏽 I was wondering what age gap between children/siblings is best? Or what you think personally? I’m currently 23 weeks 6 days and a first time mom. We want two children and have been discussing how long in between we should have children. But we are not sure. How long in between do you think is best and why if you don’t mind?

We are planning to have 13-15 months in between babies, if life allows us.
I grew up with a brother 13 months you ger than me and even tho my mom said it was hard at forst becaise we were both babies, growing up it made it easier becaise we would always play together or be into the same things becaise of the age group.
I want to have kids and then be done with it. I’ll be in diapers, bottles ect only once lol

My sister and I are a 4 year gap and we hated each other as kids. Once she became 18/19 we started to get along, so I’m hoping we can have our first two closer in age (1-2.5 years apart)

My kiddos are kind of spread out. I have older 3 that are 17 (April), 12, 10, 2 (April), and one due in April. In my opinion 2-4 years between each child is feasible.

When we first had our first we both agreed that 5 years just focusing on her was good for us, she is now 7 and baby will be born before her birthday but we don’t care. She’s super excited and talks about how she will help with so and so and personally we are in a better place because we’re getting a little mini house (grandparents quarters I think it’s called??) behind the main house. I’m all for the “you’re never ready” no matter the age because even now I sometimes get anxious thinking of everything I need to buy (haven’t bought 1 thing lol) and what’s to come etc lol.

I had one brother who was 8 years older and we were never close and a younger brother who was 4 years younger that I hated. My first two are 25 months apart and while they argue a lot they are so close and it’s really benefitted their development. It really makes me want a fourth so this baby isn’t alone.

My brother and I were five years apart and that sucked for me. He wanted nothing do do with me and I basically existed as an only child. However, my oldest is two now and I’m due in July. It’s been SO HARD dealing with tantrums, potty training, throwing away nuk, etc... all while pregnant. Hopefully it’ll be worth it when they’re old enough to play together! I don’t want either to be lonely like I was.

We are hoping for our kids to be within 2 years of each other. My family growing up had 5 children, born 90, 92, 94, 97, and 2000. My sister and i werent ever really close (90 and 92), but my brothers are.
 We are still cooking our first, so we will see how the first goes before signing up for more, but hoping to have a big family and close in age :)
