So my husband and I are expecting our first in June, and he has another 9 yo daughter who lives with her mum in France. I am dead set on using both of these names since they are my grandparents moms’ names (both of my grandparents are still kicking at 91 and 93) and hubs has agreed.

Regardless of the order we will call her Louise/Lou because my stepdaughter’s name is Elynn. I prefer the flow of Ella Louise, but also think it might be weird/complicated to call her by her middle name.

Our last name has 3 syllables and starts with P if that makes a difference.
