Heat Rash in Winter?!

My daughter is 3 and I believe she has heat rash, what do you think? She doesn’t have a fever, not complaining about it, just a little itchy. 
I’m going to give her a cool bath, no more fleece pyjamas, or fleece anything, and won’t layer her with clothes.

Look into wool pajamas and innermost layers if it cold where you are. Wool regulate heat and do get sweaty like fleece.

Use baking soda in her bath. When my son was an infant he’d get red around his privates like dry. The dr told me to soak him in a tub with baking soda. I don’t know why? But it did work.

My daughter has this happen if she goes to her grandparents and they wash her clothes (they use a different detergent than I do). I’m also sensitive to detergents and this happens to me.
