Would you take a girls trip vacation with out your husband?

My husband and I are joined to the hip. We do everything together. And I love it, I love spending time with him. We have been together for 4 years and married for 2. He doesn’t have a lot of guy friends and I have a handful of friends as well. Like 1 best friend that I don’t see often and we share some married friends. A single friend of mine was talking about going on a girls trip and invited me and I told my DH about it and he was like no “you want to go on vacation without me?” Lol I’m like it’s a girls trip. He basically made me feel bad like I’m not supposed to go on trips without him since we married. But I personally don’t care if went on a short trip like a weekend without me. I dropped it I didn’t have the money to go anyway and it wasn’t a big deal but it bothers me that he is against it. He recently said that I can’t go on any trips without him. Now my husband is a silly funny man that likes to play around so he didn’t say in a tone that was controlling but at the same time I don’t like when people tell me what to do.

I’m trying to figure out if there are any other wives who don’t go on trips without their husband.

Again I have no intention to go anywhere but it’s just the fact that I can’t go that bothers me.
