I’m having a hard time wanting to eat while pregnant
I’ve always been thin. Always had a hard time like/loving my food.
Recently ive thought I have some kind of eating disorder, I’ve always wanted to be a bit bigger.
What are good small simple things to eat during pregnancy? (Please don’t tell me to just force myself to eat. It’s not that simple and I’ve heard it a thousand times)
Has anyone else had this problem? How’d you fall in love with food?
I’m 9 weeks pregnant and super nauseous
