Freaking out.

We are repainting our living room and the nursery. We live in an old house, so the paint on the walls was oil based. This morning I helped sand some of the walls down for about an hour and a half. Because I'm dumb, I then got to thinking and researched after that I shouldnt have even been around the dust from oil based paint due to lead/mercury exposure...... I'm 19 weeks pregnant with twins......
