What's the earliest you guys have found out your baby's sex via ultrasound scan?

13 weeks and there was no hiding he is definitely a boy lol

15 weeks for me. Having a girl. I was still scared it would change by my 20 week scan but it didn't lol

At my 12 week ultrasound, the tech said she can’t be 100% as I was still early but baby looked like a boy. Sure enough at my 20 week scan there was no hiding the fact that he was a boy !
