Help! Got Positive Pregnancy Test at a little over 1 week.

Hi,

I wanted to know if i got a false positive. My friend and my mom said it me highly unlikely i got 4 false positives. I got my period 1/9 and it ended 1/14. I have no idea when i ovulated but My husband and i had sex on the 20th and the 21st. I just took 4 tests not knowing i was going to get a positive. Is there a chance that i am getting false positives ? Cuz according to the app I’m only 1 week and 4 days . Is it even possible to test positive this early? I’m also very confused as I’ve had infertility issues in the past and it took me 5 years to conceive my son. So seeing these positives are rare to me.
