Prayers Please.

Im worried I could be experiencing a eptopic pregnancy. All I ask, if you dont mind, is please say a prayer for us. Im really worried. I've had alot of lower back pain, fatigue, dull cramps in lower stomach and sides, nauseous, breaking out, breast soreness. Could be the way I was laying down for the last several hours but myshoulders are rather sore and in some pain. Ive read a bit and its not a good sign. Ive never been pregnant before so I am unsure of what to expect. This roughly mine and my husbands 6th month of TTC. Thank you in advance and God bless.
