diva cup in school??

hey everyone, I just started using a diva cup and was wondering if it’s difficult to empty it in public restrooms. my period starts in a few days and i’m sorta scared to use the cup and having to empty it in the school bathroom... any tips?

It’s not a big deal. I wash my hands before entering a stall. Enter stall, remove cup, empty cup, reinsert cup, and so on. Then the next time I’m in a private bathroom, I empty it and wash it like I normally would.

Lots of women carry wipes so they can wipe off the cup in the stall before reinserting it, and then when you get home you can empty and rinse it properly :)

Honestly they should last about 12 hours and you shouldn’t have to empty it before then. So you should be fine to go the school day without emptying it.
