How much is everyone's 5-6 month old eating? How many ounces per feeding? How often? How much solids (if you've chosen to start them)?

Mine is on 6 oz per feeding every 3.5-4 hours and then about 1 oz of solid food 2x per day (lunch and dinner). He's still waking up to eat twice at night, so I'm wondering if I should be upping what he's eating during the day and trying to get it down to only once overnight (ideally none!). I don't want to overfeed him, which he is pretty good at knowing how much bottle is too much for him, but I think he would eat and eat and eat the purees if I let him! Welcome thoughts and ideas!
