I started right away, never itched (that was the advice I got all the time), and still woke up looking like a tiger at 30 weeks. I don’t think you can prevent it- it’s genetics

I only use raw organic shea butter from africa, the best.

I used the Palmers cocoa butter moisturizer as well as vitamin e oil. Just  rotated between the two.

I like the Shea Moisture Momma Strech Mark Butter. It smells really good, but is a little greasy, which doesn't really bother me.
