I have an almost 10 month old , and she will usually sleep through the night she will wake up a couple times but will put herself right back to sleep. But the past week she hasn’t been sleeping, she tosses and turns all night long and wakes herself up, she will go through almost 4 bottles in the night and it’s never been like this. As well as her taking naps she would be taking 2 hours naps and this week I’m lucky if she will only sleep for 40 minutes. And I’m 6 months pregnant & im exhausted. I’m mentally and physically drained from this. And I’m doing everything I can to be strong and not let it get to me. Please someone give me some advice on what could be going on 🥺🥺🥺🥺🥺
