Help! I can never put him down!

So I feel like a bad mom for even complaining... but my son is a month old, and I’m a new mom. I have been exclusively breast feeding since birth and the first week or two he was on a decent schedule with eating/sleeping. Now I don’t even know his schedule because I feel like he is CONSTANTLY on me. Even if he falls asleep he is on me, and the second I move, someone else takes him, or I put him down, he wakes up crying wanting to be on the boob again. Does anyone else have this problem? What do I do? How do I get things done without him being upset? Help!
