Weight loss- doctors not worried...

I weighed in at 7 week appointment at 261 lbs (I am 5'10", and was a size 16/18/2x at that point for reference). Keep in mind that was after already being sick for 4 weeks.

Today, I am 23w5d and I weighed in at 224 lbs. That's a *37 pound loss* in 17 weeks.

My doctors seem to not even notice, and when I bring it up, they say the baby is healthy and a good size so theyre not worried about it. Seems like something to worry about to me! Should i push harder for some sort of intervention?!

(I have been very nauseous and had bad reflux this whole pregnancy. Im on pretty much the max of all the meds they can give me so I dont know what else they could even do)
