I'm exlecting to get my hefty tax return the day after my birthday and I've just decided I need to do a MAJOR Ulta haul when it comes. Please recommend the best full coverage foundations, sparkly SUPER pigmented eyeshadow palettes, contour palettes, primers/setting sprays, brush sets, hair styling products and tools for getting those perfect wavy curls.
