Need some support

Feeling really low today with ttc with endometriosis . Feel like it's never going to happen. I had a chemical pregnancy in December and my husband says yes it's upsetting but also positive because at least something happend. It this true is it a good sigh in a strange way? I can't stop researching how to get pregnant with endometriosis and just can't see it happening. I am doing everything. bbt. Clearblue ovulation sticks. Tracking cm. Baby dancing on ovulation days. Why is this not happening 😥
