Help! Is this normal?
Period was supposed to start yesterday & usually it’s SPOT ON for what the app tells me.
I’m having crazy lower back pain & today I got some light brown spotting, but not much at all. Like I almost didn’t even notice it on the toilet paper. What does this mean?
