Is it okay for a 3 year old not to take naps during the day?

My son is 3, doesn’t sleep at all during the day (he refuses) 
He sleeps about 12 hours every night 
Is not sleeping during the day at this age bad for him?

My 1 yr old barely naps anymore, some times all week no naps. Nothing wrong with no naps as long as sleeping through the night. Which yours is getting plenty of sleep

My 2.5 year old sometimes naps and sometimes doesn’t. She still lays down for the same period of time. My sisters kids had nap/quiet time in their room through 5 or 6 I think. Mama needs that sanity time.

My 2.5 year old hasn’t napped in forever. She sleeps like 13 hours at night. If she wakes up before then, she will nap but I don’t wake her so that’s rare.
