Freaking out and no one to talk to!

So I had some brown discharge last week maybe week and a half..after maybe 2 3 days it stopped. Today I started feeling cramps kind of like when you're about to get your period cramps. And I go to the bathroom and after I wipe I see very little light red. Kind like when you're about to start your period. Well I'm approx 7w3d I dont have my first appt until the 21st. I've had 2 positive aht and now I'm freaking out bcuz everything I read scared the crap out of me. Help! I literally have no one to talk to.
