Making a better to do list
I know it. When it comes to being productive I'm all talk - whether I'm motivated to do so or not. I make list and plans but then more gets dumped on me or it doesn't line up with other people's schedules etc etc and I end up going nowhere.

These categories are just about who/ what the focus is and not to take literally.
Business: career, work, school- you get the idea
Productivity: Things that make my life easier/better when done
Self: Me. Call it self-care or w/e but these are things I want to do for myself - not a "treat" or reward that can wait until I've done everything on the todo list (I had to check myself because I thought of another category as I was about to write it and was going to put it last. "No." I thought, "I thought of it first so I'm writing it first.")
Obligation: Things that I want to do for or with other people.
I'm sharing so this can hopefully help someone else too :)
