7 weeks 2 Days Pregnant but No Symptoms!!

I went to the doctor today and had a ultrasound baby was measuring 7 weeks 2 days and heartbeat 152 bpm which doctor said is good! However I have ZERO symptoms still! I know symptoms don’t determine anything but with a track of miscarriages it terrifies me. 😞😞
