Cilest pill

help please, I am gutted!! just found out the cilest pill is being discontinued, this was the only pill that did not make me depressed, nauseous or gain a heap of weight!!

i know pills work differently to different people but can anyone recommend a pill that didn’t make them feel depressed or gain weight and also didn’t make them spend their afternoons with their head over the toilet😪
