Baby movements!?

I'm 28 weeks and I been having light cramping, thinking its PH and a lot of pressure in my lower stomach. Today the baby hasn't been moving a lot. Maybe 4 times so far today, it was only little kicks. I have a increase in discharge, like underwear soaked discharge and it has no smell but a yellow/orange tinte to it. Is this Normal for my 3rd trimester??

If you’ve only felt 4 movements art day, and not within one hour,  would maybe call just to be safe. If you haven’t already, try drinking a cold drink like juice and laying on your left side and do a kick count.

I had a decrease in movement for two days, didn’t call and they came back. But my next appointment I told them and they said if it ever happens again to call dr or go to hospital as they would rather be safe then something happen.
