When you sneeze and....

You pee.... not like a lot but still...I'm 32 weeks and I'm so tired of it. I keep a liner on but it just happens... 3rd baby and my body still not used to it. it's so annoying. Anyone else???

Keep doing those kegel exercises because it may still happen after the birth.

During my frist pregnancy with my son I used to sneeze and pee or cough and pee. It was only really bad though whenever I had a cold. But it has been worse this pregnancy. If I feel a sneeze coming on I normally just try to race it. I run to the bathroom and hope that I make it on the toilet before I sneeze. Ot is getting harder to race now though. 31 wks 2 days.

I was so mad the other day. I was walking into the bathroom to pee when I sneezed. Not fair at all, like, couldn’t the sneeze have waited for me to get my pants down?! 😂

I didn’t with my first, but OMG horrible with my second. I got sick a few weeks ago and would pee my pants all the time when I had a coughing fit. It was terrible.

I’m so good at nonchalantly crossing my legs when I sneeze now so that doesn’t happen 😂 the first tome it happened was after I had my first baby and I sneezed so hard that it actually shot out of the leggings I was wearing and I heard it splash on the floor. My husband and I looked at each other and laughed soooooo hard. Couldn’t Believe it.

I never once peed when I sneezed while pregnant. 
I did fart when I would squat though 😂 
it took me till I was like 8 months PP when I sneezed and peed. couldn't. fucking. believe. it.

I didn’t with my first, but I have been with my 2nd! When I sneeze, cough, and throw up (terrible morning sickness still at 20w). It’s the pits.
