I am concerned

Hi to all, I would like to know your experience. Last week we realized we were pregnant, almost 5 weeks+2. Today I went to the obstetrician he tried to do an ultrasound with a really small device he has, but we did not see anything. He said probably is to early. I am super concerned, this is my fourth pregnancy. My first two end in miscarriage, the third one in my beautiful baby and now I am terrified. Some one has gone through this kind of early ultrasound and then everything went right.
