Wow it’s crazy
It’s insane how much of a difference 11 weeks makes! I’ve been eating pretty healthy, except for my daily dessert yet I have gained 20lbs!! I’m gonna start an exercise routine to hopefully help keep my weight in check. Its hard due to the lack of motivation! I gained 58lbs with my first and I don’t want to gain to much with this one! I’m thinking some of the weight might be due to my quitting smoking as soon as I found out I was pregnant. Any advice or suggestions on how to keep this under control would be great!
