My husband recently lost his job. But instead of finding another full time job, he’s going to enlist into the national guard.

He will be gone for about 8 weeks for basic training and about another 24 weeks for AIT.

I’m so proud of him for chasing his dreams. But I’m also so incredibly sad and scared.

My friend is gunna stay with me while he’s in basic and AIT. But it’s still sad and hard to even think of being away from him for so long 😓
