I had an IUD for over 11 years and I started OPK test strips after having my first light period (2.5 days of spotting, not what my af used to be). Not sure if it counted as a period, so might be why my LH has remained low? The first test I took was the day after spotting ended and was at .11. Today it was at .09?? According to the app, I should be ovulating in 4 days, so I would thing my LH would be going up, not down. Is it likely that the spotting wasn't a period and that I'm not close to ovulation? I'm new to this and am incredibly confused. Any info appreciated 😊
