I have an 11 month old Aussie Collie and he was attacked a couple weeks ago. He is doing great and the attack wasn’t as bad as it could have been. The problem is that before he was an extremely friendly dog but could be a little skiddish from time to time around new people but after the attack when I take him out to use the bathroom, he quickly uses it and tries to pull me back to the apartment as fast as he can. As a little back story he was attacked while he was out using the bathroom. Also sometimes when we’re outside he’ll start randomly running from people or dogs if he hears a loud bark. I do plan on getting him into training as soon as his scabs heal up. I was also thinking about letting him go to doggy day care for a little bit to see if that helped a little as well but didn’t know if that was a good idea. And what else can I do to help him get close to how he was before all this happened?
