Baby has a cold

So my little one will be 3 months on the 11 and she has a cold she had a little of wheezing so they gave her albuterol and I’m doing nasal spray on her nose and doing the nose frida as needed I also am pumping so she has a little more of ability to breathe comfortable but she does end up throwing up a little of the milk with some green mucus and snot coming down her nose my pediatrician recommended I do pedyalate and i purchased some but is it completely safe or beneficial for her ? She is having wet diapers and having stools which are a little more loose but not drastically have you mommas given that to your little ones ? Or what helps ☺️
