Bloating for MONTHS!

I've had bloating for about 2-3 months now and have had Veiny boobs and they're super sore... Normally they aren't that sensitive except for the day before AF and my stomach is hard. I look about four months pregnant but.... I've been having periods. Its not constipation because I've been going fine. Super confused any ideas?
