Decode doctors handwriting?

I’m getting routine lab work done today (oof i hate getting blood work ☹️) but these are the things my doctor added to be checked on it, she said it’s required and she has to have it on her record since i just turned 18 and it “has to be checked at least once in my teenage years” and i figures out the first two, but the last one on the list.. NAAT whaaa??? help! lol I know it’s not the worst handwriting ever it’s just i can’t find anything to what she wrote on google..
