I know my conception date. I’m at 8 weeks and 3 days. I went in for an ultrasound at 6 weeks and they could only see the gestational sac.

Two weeks later they can see the yolk sac as well but nothing else. The gestational sac has grown and based on measurements, they estimate it at 7weeks.

My midwife and a doctor agree that it looks like it will be a miscarriage but haven’t conclusively said so yet. I’m going to get a blood test done to see if my Hcg levels are still high. And possibly another ultrasound in a week. What do you think?

It’s our first. my husband and I are devastated. I hear it’s not all that uncommon though to miscarry and also not know why you did.
