So hard to find things to eat

I never knew first trimester would be so hard. You have to watch what you eat and take it easy. It’s so difficult for me to find things to eat bc everything I eat is fast food etc. I’ve been eating healthy but it doesn’t fill me up. I keep getting hungry. Like what are some foods that I can eat? I’m sitting here eating ramen noodles I’ve heard it’s high in coles. Etc but this is my first bowl ever in a while. can someone please give me some foods in open to all
