Hcg levels???

Hey guys, I know you aren't doctors and that we are all different so hcg numbers vary person to person. But I figured someone out there may have a lot more knowledge than I do. I went in the ER Sunday, my hcg level was 2,021.49 and today it was 3,166.94 I am scared something is wrong because it didnt quite double? They also were unable to locate a gestational sac anywhere, just a cyst on my right ovary which I believe may be the corpus luteum but idk.I have no bad symptoms no bleeding or anything but I'm hoping it's not another ectopic 😭 I go in this Thursday for another ultrasound
