Early period?

Okay so my period came 3 days early last month and only lasted about 3-4 days. My period is always right on the dot, and lasts between 5-7 days, and is never early. This cycle started 3 days early and only lasted 3-4 days. Each time my period has been SUPER light, like i only needed to change my tampon 2-3 times a day, and each time the tampon wasn’t full. Should I be concerned? Or has any one else had this happen??
