Pregnant OR Pms?

I’m 16 and on the BC pill. I take it everyday same time and have never missed a pill. I am sexually active but for peace of mind my bf pulls out way before he cums. Throughout the past week and a half Ive been having cramps and kinda achy hips. Now my period is supposed to start in 2 days and still kinda have light cramps. Do u think that’s a pregnancy symptom? Or PMS? Also I got my period like 3 weeks ago so wouldn’t it be too soon for pregnancy symptoms? I’m a really nervous person and I always think somethings wrong w me. Plz help.
