Heartburn?!

Heartburn this round is horrible 😭 It doesn’t matter what I eat or drink EVERYTHING has an end result of heartburn! Anyone have any suggestions?! Tums don’t seem to touch it...19W1day.

Tums didnt touch mine either. It's been so bad!! But I tried tums smoothies and I take 3 and they work a LOT better and way way faster.

Yup, tums doesn’t do much for me anymore either. Zantac helps. Oddly enough, drinking milk does too!
