Painful cramps

Okay so recently, I would say it’s been going on for a month or two now. I’ve been having really sharp pains/cramps on the left side of my lower abdomen. Sometimes I get them on the right side, but mainly it’s the left. It’s not during my period, and it feels worse than regular period cramps. When I get them, they last about 5-10 minutes. And I can’t move, or it hurts worse. There’s also a bit of bloating, that comes with it. Any idea of what it could be??
