Weight Concious

With my first child I gained 60 pounds (hypertension could be culprit of some of that) and with persistent lost it within a year, however I had a very rough time post partum adjusting to my "new" body for several months. Now I'm very concious of my weight with baby #2. Every pound makes me recalculate my appropriate weight gain per week and gets me somewhat anxious. I'm usually good at eating well, but have been hitting the sugar a lot lately as I'm experimenting with recipes for an upcoming party, so I'm even more so aware. Can anyone relate? How do you stay focused on healthy eating and not feeling guilty when needed pounds pack on?
