CNA jobs
Last year in January I began my Certified Nurse Aid course and passed the state test.
I’ve applied to all of the places that employ CNAs since then. There’s only 4 employers where I live, and the CNA courses always have new students who become certified. Since I chose to go to college I haven’t been able to get a CNA job due to my schedule, but I decided to take this semester off to finally work as a CNA.
I had an interview at one of the nursing homes and it went alright, but I didn’t get the job. That left me pretty discouraged because this is really what I want to do.
Anyway. I was wondering if anyone had any advice for interviews or job hunting in general.
There’s probably so much information I’m leaving out, but I haven’t made a personal post on this app before.
Thanks 😭
