What is going on

I ovulated around the 12th of January, my period was supposed to be around the 29th and I started spotting the 3rd of February. My period is almost always on time. Usually the 1st day is really light, the second being really heavy as well as the 3rd and 4th and usually goes back to being light the 5th and last day. I’ve been spotting for the past three days. I took a pregnancy test on the 2nd and it was a very faint positive. Any ideas of what could be going on? I know implantation bleeding usually happens around 6-12 days after ovulation or whatever so I’m confused
