Question

I had sex a couple days after I think ovulation ( I don’t really keep track but I think it was done) and about 5 days ago I wiped and had light pink bleeding then nothing else From that night or any other day. My period is coming up in 2 days now which I’m having cramping and mood swings which is a pretty normal PMS symptoms for me. I was just wondering what the light pink spotting was. I googled and it either said I was pregnant or have cancer so I wanted a actual women opinion . Thank you!
