Repeated exposure to lead paint

I’m 6 weeks pregnant and the home I’m in right now has chipping paint in the bathroom, doorways, stairs. The house is over hundred years old, the paint has lead. I’m now very very concerned as I have step siblings who actually have slight learning disabilities and I bet it’s from the led paint that my step mom was exposed to. I’m only 18 and nobody else takes it seriously. I’m at a loss of what to do. Thank you.
