Miscarriage at 10w 3d

After I began bleeding yesterday, I had a scan this morning. Despite the fact that a baby was seen with a heartbeat two weeks ago, today there was no foetus. We are heart broken. This was our first baby. I have been given three options:

1. Allow the miscarriage to happen naturally

2. Have vaginal pesseries to speed the process along

3. Surgical removal of the baby (suction)

We are unsure of which route to go down and I would welcome any advice that you have. We would also like to find a way to honour our child as we were 10.5 weeks pregnant. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.
