Need help with a meaningful gift !!♥️

I want to try the I love you from this far away ! I’ve been with my husband for 7 year and we’ve never been into material gifts . We’re currently pregnant with baby number too after a loss in October. He does so much for me and our son and I want to show him that I appreciate it and our relationship.
