Job issues?

Has anyone been having job issues? With bosses? Co-workers? Since you’ve been pregnant? I feel like I’m getting shit on... and I’ve been working at this place for 4.5 years... 🤦‍♀️ I’m so ready to leave this place.... I don’t know what to do anymore... I feel helpless and so stressed about it.

You can call HR or speak to a labor lawyer they can’t treat you differently or discriminate you because of your pregnancy get a note from the doctor and send it directly to HR

You know, I felt the same way originally... And it really comes down to them preparing for your leave. They may have moved you to a new department or lessened your workload to make it easier for everyone (you, your coworkers, replacement) once you go on leave. My work has to hire 2 people to replace me during maternity leave. Its frustrating seeing my work given to someone else. But they assume something may happen and you have to go on leave sooner. Maybe they've been burned in the past with women quitting after delivering. They also have to protect their business. Now if its harassment or similar, document it and go to HR.

Yep I’ve been going threw the same thing.  They act like they don’t care that I’m pregnant and they transferred me to another department without telling me about it.
